INDEPENDENT JAZZ DIVA

  GLASS OF CLASS

Emily's was the original open mike in the Seabrook area also a starter by BeBe Kelly Serrato and David Schwope.  The open mike stayed in progress until the little place closed down.  It became a Spanish catering business and closed again and now is another business.  BeBe Kelly Serrato and David Schwope had worked together on and off while David worked his own gigs.  She started another project called 12 Weeks of Jazz and Chelsea Wine Bar in El Lago next door to Boondoggles with Daughter Christine Gietzen. The other Musicians in the Jazz Ensemble were Pianist Bryan Guevin, Jazz Saxophone Player Don Kelly, and Guitarist Ed Motter-Vlahakos,  Cady Coleman Flute, and Reg Loudermilk on Bass.  Later she started an open mike at Coffee Oasis, and one at Don Picos'.  With the space professional layoffs BeBe was forced to leave the Clear Lake area and lives in SW Houston.  Her Daughter is works occasionally with David Schwope and and now Christine sings mostly during Open Mike events which is a treat.  Christine is very busy with Paleo Pet Goods her health pet business and taking care is a pet care consultant.  BeBe is regrouping with others, stay tuned to see the talents she brings to the stage! She also works with space non-profits and has been certifed for Vocal / Life / and Executive Coaching.  She is semi-retired but enjoys staying busy and her goal is to keep busy, keep singing and build beautiful voices.
